Shungite care is very important if you want to get the best out of your shungite. It is nice to look after your shungite in return for all the wonderful work it’s doing for you. Here are some ways in which you can care for your shungite:
- Take it outside and help it recharge by leaving it exposed to the elements: rain, wind, sun, moon
- Regularly place it on the ground outside (earth, grass) to recharge and reground it
- Let your shungite have a ‘playdate’ by putting all your shungite pieces together from time to time
- Talk to your shungite and ask it for specific help and healing
