Description:

The Shungite belt is made from durable fabric with Velcro fasteners. It has five internal pockets, each containing a flat piece of SHUNGITE CRYSTAL 10x6x0.5 cm in size. It’s these shungite crystal plates that give the belt its healing powers.

Using Shungite Belt for healing:

The belt is a great aid in dealing with pain and inflammation caused by spine, joint, bone and muscle issues. You can try the following:

  • Wear the belt around your waist or hips;
  • Drape it around an aching joint or limb;
  • Put it around your neck/shoulders like a scarf;
  • Lay the belt on your lap, or place it on the floor and put your feet on it when you are sitting down (e.g., watching TV);
  • Hang the belt vertically on the back of an armchair, then lean back, align your spine with the belt and rest for 15 – 30 minutes.
  • To enhance the session, warm the belt up on a radiator or stove before its use.

Start using the belt for about 1 – 1.5 hour a day, and gradually extend belt sessions to up to 6 hours per day.

It is normal to feel tingling, heat, throbbing, etc., in the problem area when you are wearing the belt. If these sensations become unpleasant, take off the belt for a while to give your body a chance to process the healing.

If you start experiencing the feeling of uncomfortable heaviness in your body, this may be a sign that you are over-using your belt. Take a two – three days’ break, and then start again from 1 hour per day.

In some people with high blood pressure, wearing the belt around neck or shoulders can cause the blood pressure to go up. If this is the case, only use the belt on your waist, hips and legs, and monitor your belt sessions closely until you learn how your body reacts to them.

Do not wear the belt for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.

  • Try not to drop the belt on the hard floor as Shungite plates can break. If they do, place a couple of stiches to stop the pieces from moving around, and keep using the belt.
  • If you find the belt too tight or short (its maximum circumference 110 cm), try sowing a couple of ribbons to the ends of the belt to extend it.
  • From time to time, hang the belt out on the clothes line or lay it outside on a windy and sunny day to help it cleanse and recharge.
  • Talk to your Shungite, ask it for specific help and healing, and thank your Shungite regularly.
